Exercise your rights over personal data we hold — with or without an account

If you appear in footage here and did not upload it, this is the right form. You do not need an account and you do not need to know who filmed it. Describe the material and we will find it.
We will send one confirmation link here and nothing else. It is used to check you control the address before we act.
If you are writing about one specific piece of footage and know its number, put it here. If not, describe it below instead.
The more specific you are, the faster we can find it. Please do not include identity documents — we do not need them and would rather not hold them.
What happens next
  • We confirm it is you. Nothing is disclosed, changed or deleted until you click the link we send. Answering to the wrong person is itself a breach.
  • We answer within one month. If it is complex we can take up to two months more, but we have to tell you why inside the first month — and we will.
  • An objection about footage usually means restriction first. The item comes off the market while we assess it, rather than waiting for the outcome.
  • If we refuse, we say why in writing and tell you how to complain about that decision. Journalism has a statutory exemption in most jurisdictions and it sometimes applies, but we will not hide behind it silently.
